Claus Reinprecht
Claus has been working in IT since the early 1980s – from the first PC and programming in C, through the internet of the 1990s and the build-out of in-house data centres, to VoIP, virtualisation and, today, artificial intelligence. As managing director and technical lead of C1.IT, he combines more than 35 years of hands-on experience with an eye for robust, maintainable solutions.
Geylin Mae Soza
Geylin makes data speak: she develops AI-driven analyses, models and automations, turning complex datasets into a clear basis for decision-making. From data analysis to the integration of modern AI methods, she ensures that technology delivers real added value.
Gerhard Steinriegel
As an IT partner, Gerhard supports the ongoing technical operations of C1.IT's customers – above all where hardware, servers and network infrastructure interact with software and user support and hands-on technical customer care is needed. He combines many years of practical experience in IT, multimedia and technology with a calm hand and a pragmatic eye for solutions. In this way he helps ensure that systems remain reliably available and that technical issues are resolved quickly and competently.

Simon Sattinger
Simon works as a full-stack developer on web-oriented solutions that digitise processes for customers and take the load off their staff. He draws on his training and many years of experience working in several law firms to create user-friendly, customer-focused solutions that are genuinely usable.
Varvara Shcherbak
Varvara keeps things on track at C1.IT: she plans and coordinates projects, stays on top of deadlines, tasks and resources, and makes sure technical work runs in a structured, transparent way. As the interface between clients and the technical team, she brings together requirements, stakeholders and schedules – with a talent for organisation, clear communication and a feel for setting the right priorities. The result: projects that stay transparent, on schedule and well coordinated.
